Ways to order

By post. Please contact us on 077 33 47 64 66 first to ensure that we have the item you wish to order in stock and place your order. Cheques should be made payable to Ruth Schmid and sent to:

Returns

You may return or exchange your items within 7 days of receipt. The items must be unused and in perfect condition in the original packaging.

You are responsible for ensuring the items are well packaged when returning and sent by recorded delivery. You are also responsible for all postage costs.

If the goods are faulty we will refund the postage costs.

No refunds are available on sale items.

Out of stock items

On the rare occasions when we have discontinued a range or are out of stock but the item is still displayed on the site, we will contact you. You can choose to wait until the item is available or we can refund your online payment.

Privacy

The information you provide to us is used only for processing your order. We do not pass this on to third parties.
